Terms & Conditions for Selling with the Prom Dress Outlet UK.

By listing your dress on our resale platform, you agree to the following terms:

Listing; Selling
You must provide accurate details about your dress, including brand, size, condition, any flaws and any alterations
We reserve the right to reject listings that do not meet our quality standards.

Once your dress is sold, you must ship it within 5 working days using a tracked postal
service. The buyer must confirm receipt within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Proof of receipt must be available if we request it.
If the buyer does not confirm receipt within 48 hours, the sale will be considered complete, and the payment will be released to the seller.
Buyers may only open a dispute for significant misrepresentation (e.g., wrong size,
undisclosed damage). Personal preference or minor imperfections do not qualify for returns.

Commission; Payment
We take 20% commission on all sales.
Payments will be released to the seller once the buyer confirms receipt
If a dispute arises, we will review the case and may issue a partial or full refund to the
buyer if the dress was misrepresented.

Shipping; Returns
Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping their dresses securely.
The Prom Dress Outlet UK does not facilitate returns unless the item was significantly
misrepresented.
If a buyer raises a dispute, Blush Studio may request additional evidence (e.g., photos)
before making a decision. This must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Fraud; Misrepresentation
Listing counterfeit or stolen items is strictly prohibited.
If a dispute arises, we will review the case and may issue a partial or full refund to the
buyer if the dress was misrepresented.

Platform Rights
We reserve the right to remove or edit listings if they violate our policies.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages—please use tracked shipping to
protect yourself.
